ibronze: As moms, we realize what’s most important and that passion drives us to keep ourselves healthy and fit. In essence, we are not just exercising for ourselves but for our family … Good job Jenny! Tell us a little about yourself:
Hall Forand: Hi! My name is Jenny and I will be 45-years-old on the 27th of this month. I’m a wife and mother of 2 daughters, 12 and 14 yrs old. I am a full-time Labor and Delivery RN [registered nurse], a part-time photographer; and, now, I am beginning my journey as a health coach.
A Daily Plan for your health
ibronze: What does your daily workout plan look like?
Hall Forand: I currently work out six days per week and I am training for a fitness/bikini competition on June 12th. I believe the world would be a happier place if everyone took care of themselves the way they should, especially by releasing those natural endorphins through exercise. I’m also a firm believer that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
why exercise?
Hall Forand: Exercise has always been important to me because it makes me feel amazingly great! I truly enjoy living a healthy lifestyle for all of its benefits.
